  • If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind or if you have ordered the incorrect parts, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to cover processing and restocking costs.

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

2. Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

3. Return Process:

  • Please contact our customer service team at support@stillerauto.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

  • Clearly state the reason for the return and provide relevant details, including your order number and contact information.

4. Approval and Return Instructions:

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item.

5. Inspection and Refund:

  • Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.

  • If the return is approved, a refund will be processed, minus the 15% restocking fee, and will be credited to the original payment method.

6. Returns Due to Fault of Our Own:

  • In the event that you need to return an item due to a fault on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping, and no restocking fee will be applied.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
